Serving the South Bay Area since 2009, REDONDO BEACH BOOT CAMP is located in a great central and very convenient location for people living in the South Bay cities of El Segundo, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, Torrance, Palos Verdes and Gardena. We are an indoor Boot Camp meeting at the Redondo MMA Martial Arts Academy located on Artesia Blvd. in North Redondo Beach.

Here’s how the Boot Camp will help you

Boot Camp instructor Kyle Rourke is a certified personal trainer, martial arts enthusiast and military veteran. This Boot Camp program integrates the latest exercises in the fitness industry like kettlebells, the TRX system, and cardio circuit training. The Redondo Beach Boot Camp Program focuses on Nutrition, healthy eating habits, and lifestyle changes to promote a Healthy Lifestyle.

Here's how the Boot Camp will help you.

First, Redondo Beach Boot Camp is a Safe Program that practices strength, cardio, core, balance, and flexibility to give members the components for long term fitness success. I teach exercises that are simple and fun so you have routines you can do at home, at the beach, backyard or your local park. All you have to do is show up 3 days a week and work hard for an hour - great for busy people who want results. Here is what you can expect - better over-all health, weight loss, lean muscle gain, strength gain, strengthened lower back, improved nutrition, meet new friends, improved cardio-vascular health, better posture, improved flexibility and mobility.

The Redondo Beach Boot Camp is for everyone, but it is best to check with your doctor before beginning any fitness program. You will learn how to safely use exercise balls, medicine balls, exercise bands, clubbells, kettlebells, body-weight exercises, and the TRX. Everyone’s fitness level will be assessed and participants will progress at their own pace but in a fun group atmosphere.

Here is what you can expect – better over-all health, weight loss, lean muscle gain, strength gain, healthy lower back, improved nutrition, meet new friends, improved cardio-vascular health, better posture, improved flexibility and mobility.
