Welcome to the Redondo Beach Boot Camp

The Boot Camp will be starting up again in early 2011 in the Redondo Beach area in a great central and very convenient location for people living in the South Bay cities of El Segundo, Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach, Torrance, Palos Verdes and Gardena.

Boot Camp instructor Kyle Rourke is a certified personal trainer, martial arts enthusiast and military veteran. This Boot Camp program integrates the latest exercises in the fitness industry like kettlebells, the TRX system, and cardio circiuts. These exercises will completely change your health and fitness in the most positive and effective way.

Here's how the Boot Camp will help you

First, this program is designed to get you in the best shape of your life in the shortest amount of time. The program will help you to get results much more easily and in a far shorter period of time than spending long hours in the gym. All you have to do is show up 3 days a week and work hard for an hour - great for busy people who want results. All fitness levels are welcome

The Redondo Beach Boot Camp is for everyone. You will learn how to safely use exercise balls, medicine balls, exercise bands, clubbells, kettlebells, body-weight exercises, and fat-burning cardio circuits. Everyone's fitness level will be assessed and participants will progress at their own pace but in a fun group atmosphere.
